The Monkey Principle.

You have tasks that need to be completed. Until you act on a task, it's like a monkey on your back. When you get overwhelmed with too many monkeys on your back, you have a monkey problem! MonkeyProblem.com exists to help you manage your monkey problem and get things done.

Know where the monkey is.

Each person that you assign a task to is grouped into Us and Them lists and is visually shown on the main Monkey Report. At a glance, you can see if the tasks to be completed are being held up by you, someone on your team (us), or someone outside of your group (them). Getting a visual representation of the assigned tasks is a great way to quickly perceive what needs to be done to keep your project on track.

Stay focused on the important.

It's common to end up with a very long list of tasks that need to be done. Due dates, priorities, assignments, tags, calendars, stars, icons, colors, etc; these things can be helpful, but they don't ultimately allow you to focus on what needs to be done right now. Monkey Problem gives you a Focus List where you can group items that need to be done next, and then focus on just that list to get your tasks done.

Delegate with ease.

Assign tasks to people and they will receive an email letting them know you need them to complete that task. Email reminders and visual monkey tracking technology keep everything under control. People that you delegate tasks to can update the tasks you assigned to them for free!
